1. Service Description
PadelRoster is a web-based platform for managing padel leagues, rosters, and match
scheduling. The platform enables organizations to coordinate player attendance,
record match scores, maintain leaderboards, and handle league administration.
We provide the platform on an "as available" basis and may modify, update, or
discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of
significant changes that affect your use of the service.
2. Account Registration
To use PadelRoster, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete
information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm
that you meet this age requirement.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use PadelRoster only for its intended purpose of managing padel leagues
and related activities. You must not:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other user accounts, or our systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the platform without our prior written consent.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users of the platform.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or
that we reasonably believe are being used in a manner harmful to other users or
the platform.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
PadelRoster offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are
billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor,
Stripe.
- Billing: You authorize us to charge your payment method at the
beginning of each billing period. All fees are stated in the currency displayed at
the time of purchase.
- Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before
the end of the current billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account
settings.
- Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable. If you cancel a
subscription, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
- Price changes: We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new
pricing.
5. Intellectual Property
The PadelRoster platform, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and all
associated content, is owned by PadelRoster and protected by applicable intellectual
property laws.
Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership rights in the platform or
its content. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the
platform or its underlying software without our prior written consent.
The PadelRoster name, logo, and related trademarks are the property of PadelRoster.
You may not use them without our prior written permission.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to PadelRoster, including
organization names, player information, and match data. By using the platform, you
grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your content
solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any third-party
rights or applicable laws. We do not monitor user content but reserve the right to
remove content that violates these terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
PadelRoster is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of
any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties
of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or
that any defects will be corrected. You use the platform at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PadelRoster and its operator shall
not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive
damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business
opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the platform
shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months
preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury
caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited
under applicable law.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your account settings
or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases
immediately.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, if
your account has been inactive for an extended period, or if we discontinue the
platform. Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice before termination.
Upon termination, we will delete your personal data in accordance with our
Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive
termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing
law) will remain in effect.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we
will notify you through the platform or by email at least 30 days before the changes
take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes
acceptance of the revised terms.
If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may terminate your account before the
changes take effect.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark,
without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark. If you are a consumer residing in
the European Union, you also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your
country of residence.
You may also submit complaints through the European Commission's Online Dispute
Resolution platform at
